Collection: Help Fight Michigan Flavor Ban

All donations will be going towards the Michigan Flavor Ban Court Costs.

On October 15, 2019 Marc Slis, 906 Vapor, was sucessful in securing an injunction against the State of Michigan and the Governor, Gretchen Whitmer, to stop an "Emergency Order" that banned flavored vapor nicotine products in Michigan. 

However, (4) hours later Gretchen Whitmer,Governor of Michigan, announced she was appealing the decision to the Michigan Supreme Court.

Marc Slis is in need of financial assistance to keep the legal team fighting onward into the Michigan Supreme Court. The legal team is confident they can win this fight, but Marc is in need of all our help at this point. The estimates are ranging anywhere from $30-100,000 to keep the current legal team on retainer.
