Why haven't I received my order yet?
Because we hand craft each Eliquidmaster order, it normally takes 24hrs to process each order. If it's been longer than 48hrs, and you have not received shipping notice from us, do not hesitate to contact us via email , Facebook or the messenger on the bottom right of the site.
Please note that the 24hr processing time does not include shipping. Once your order(s) leaves our facility we have no control over when it will be delivered, all orders have a estimated delivery date at checkout. If you have not received your package by the estimated shipping time, contact the shipping carrier with the tracking number provided with your order receipt email. We will do our best with keeping you up to date if your order is going to take longer the previously stated 24 hour process time.
We have Free Shipping on all orders over $20, or use your points to receive free shipping!
Due to state regulations for shipping e-liquid products, we will not be able to ship to the following states: Utah, Oregon, Indiana & Arkansas.
We are working with these states to get proper paperwork in place to be able to sell our products in these states. We do not have an ETA at this time. Any questions regarding shipping to these states, please go to the Contact Us page and submit your questions to the email address provided. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
*note that shipping will be delayed around holidays. Orders placed will be shipped after the holiday.*
Lost, damaged or stolen package
In the event that your package has been lost, damaged or stolen, Eliquidmaster will replace the liquids. You will be requested to present photo evidence of the damaged goods, if there is any, to be used to claim the insurance on the package to replace your order. Put on some gloves and remove any undamaged product from your package. Be sure to wipe down the remaining undamaged bottles to remove any broken glass or spilled e-liquid. Wash any skin that comes in contact with e-liquid.
If the occurrence of missing/damaged products is becoming a habit, your account will be permanently marked with the need of a signature for receiving packages.
What is steeping?
Steeping is the process of allowing the e-liquid flavoring to fully blend with the PG/VG. This is done by allowing each bottle, with the recommended steep time, to sit and let the flavor fully come out. Best recommendation for steeping is to allow your e-liquid to sit in a low lit cool place. This will allow the e-liquid to steep at a even rate.
Each bottle of Eliquidmaster house e-liquid is made-to-order and may benefit from steeping. Upon receipt of your freshly made e-liquid, we recommend giving your e-liquid(s) a good shake and allowing it to sit for 4-7 days before vaping. Certain flavors, specifically desserts, may require more time to fully steep. Although Steeping is not required, it will allow the flavors to present themselves more clearly. The ideal steep time varies based on flavor, VG/PG level and personal preference. Eliquidmaster house e-liquid's are always great to vape right away, and some flavors may be fully-steeped by the time you receive them. If you notice the flavor is not tasting the way you are expecting, please re-seal the bottle and allow it a little more time to steep.
All premium e-liquids come pre-steeped from the manufacturer. There will be absolutely no steeping required. These e-liquids will be good to open and start vaping right away!
What is ID Verification?
Due to FDA regulations we are required to verify every order placed is being purchased by person(s) that are of legal vaping age (pertaining to his/her state and local government laws). This is done via AgeChecker.net
Never exceed the amps of your battery. This is a fundamental rule of battery safety. Take the discharge rate (the amps) of your battery, then divide your voltage level by coil resistance (ohms) and make sure you never exceed your battery’s amp rating. We go into more detail in the section about Ohm’s Law below, as this is a vital step in vaping safely with non-internal batteries (mechanical mods).
Check how your mod charges.
Some box mods offer pass through charging, where you can use your device while simultaneously charging via USB. However, some mods use the mini USB port solely for hardware updates meaning the batteries must be removed and recharged using an external charger. Make sure you know how your mod works, or you could be in for a very long wait.
**We recommend never using your port on the device as this greatly reduces the battery life. We recommend purchasing an external charger as this will greatly help with battery life expectancy.**
**Note that using an external charger will not guarantee extended life of the battery, but will help minimize loss of battery life.**
Use a battery holder.
Never carry these batteries loose in your pocket. If they touch each other, or metallic items such as keys or coins, they can fail. In worst-case scenarios they can leak or even explode.
Charge your batteries safely.
Always charge them on the lowest setting to put the least stress on your batteries, and never leave them unattended. As soon as they are at full power remove them from the charger, otherwise you risk battery failure.
Buy quality products.
Again, don’t skimp when it comes to something as serious as batteries. Be especially careful when it comes to EBay, as many fake batteries are sold on there. Only purchase from an authorized dealer and stick to trusted brand names.
Ohm’s Law is arguably the most important part of battery safety while using Mechanical Mods. Ohm’s Law looks at the relationship between power, voltage, current, and resistance. It’s based around the amp of the battery – this amp rating is the current of the battery. If the battery is pushed beyond its limit, the battery can vent, dangerous chemicals leaking from the battery in aerosol form, with a risk of it exploding.
First, check the resistance of your coil and work out the amps the coil will pull from the battery. You can use this equation: Amps = Voltage / Resistance. It’s actually quite simple. You can use a multimeter, also known as a VOM (volt-ohm-milliammeter) , to find out the voltage of your battery, and the resistance of your coil (be sure to work within a ±0.2 ohm range). You can use this helpful online tool steam engine to help guide you. The result should never exceed the amp rating of your battery. If it does, you’ll need to use a coil with a higher resistance.
